Shipping and delivery

A. Italy and some European countries (Germany, Switzerland, UK,....)

The order will be processed and shipped within 2 working days, following receipt of payment of the order. In order to obtain a quicker and more timely delivery, it is recommended to provide exact and complete information (name and surname of the recipient, address of the house included street number and city zip code, telephone number and e-mail address).

The delivery times are estimated for Italy in 2 - 3 working days (cost 7,9 €), for European countries in 4 - 6 working days (cost EU 9.9 €, extra-EU 19.9 €). The delivery will be made mainly by the express courier SDA - Poste Italiane, UPS, DHL, or Amazon Logistics. Some local express couriers may request the pick up in their affiliated stores, closer to the receiver's address.
