Shipping and delivery

Italy, some countries in Europe (Germany, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, etc.)

The order will be processed and shipped within 2 working days, following receipt of payment of the order. In order to obtain a quicker and more timely delivery, it is recommended to provide exact and complete information (name and surname of the recipient, address of the house included street number and city zip code, telephone number and e-mail address).

The Delivery times are estimated at 2-3 working days for Italy (cost €7.90), 4-6 working days for the European Union (cost €9.90), and 7-14 working days for the rest of the world (cost € 9.90). The delivery will be made mainly by the express courier BRT, UPS, DHL, SDA - Poste Italiane, or Amazon Logistics. Some local express couriers may request the pick up in their affiliated stores, closer to the receiver's address.

B. For other countries in Europe (e.g. Austria, France, Spain, etc.) and in the world (USA, Japan, China, Chile, Australia, etc.): flexible shipping arranged by the customer

For other countries in Europe and in the world, the package (weight 1 kg - dimensions 32 x 20 x 15 cm) will be prepared within the working day following the order.

The recipient will then be responsible for collecting the package from our address (Idea 8.0 srl – Corso Racconigi, 207 – 10141 Turin – Italy) either in person or or via your own express courier (e.g. ‘ www.packlink.com ’, www.parcelmonkey.com , MAIL BOXES ETC , ect... ).

Some models can also be purchased directly from AMAZON.IT , which ships worldwide.
