Compliance with Terms

You will be bound by these Terms each time you submit an Order. Each Order you place will be a separate contract between you and Idea 8.0 srl for the supply of sellOttO bike saddle.
Placing Orders for SellOttO, You acknowledge that all SellOttO purchased under these Terms are intended for personal non-commercial use only and will not be re-sold.
From time to time, Idea 8.0 srl restricts the quantity of SellOttO which can be purchased in one Order or during a particular period of time or per person or per address. Any quantity restrictions will be stated on the product page, or in materials about the relevant promotion, or otherwise advised to you.
Idea 8.0 srl will not be liable to you for loss you or any third party suffers for a delay or failure to process your Order or deliver SellOttO due to inaccurate or incomplete details provided in an Order.
You agree to obtain consent to provide Idea 8.0 srl with Personal Information of recipients of SellOttO Ordered by you.
You may Order from Idea 8.0 srl if you are aged 18 years or over, and have an active email account and a telephone number at which you can be contacted.
If you place consecutive or separate Orders, we cannot consolidate your Orders. A separate Delivery Fee, if applicable, will apply to each Order. Subject to any applicable quantity restrictions, you can order so many SellOttO as you wish in one Order.
Idea 8.0 srl reserves the right to accept or reject your Order for any reason at any time. If Idea 8.0 srl rejects your Order you will receive a refund of any money paid.

Availability of SellOttO

From time to time, some SellOttO may be out of stock or are unavailable and we may not be able to fulfil all or part of your Order. If this happens, we will refund you the price paid for the SellOttO impacted.
We may withdraw or suspend from sale any SellOttO displayed on the Website, either temporarily or permanently, at any time. Idea 8.0 srl will not be liable to you for any loss you or any third party suffer as a result of a withdrawal or suspension of sale of a particular SellOttO.
Where a SellOttO which is the subject of an Order has been withdrawn or suspended from sale and your payment for the SellOttO has already been processed, we will refund any money paid to us.
Idea 8.0 srl reserves the right not to honour any incorrect offers represented on the Website made by genuine human or system error. Where your Order is affected by an error on the Website (for example, in a description, an image, Price or otherwise), we will reject that part of the Order affected by the error. You will be refunded the value of that part of your Order affected by the error, and Idea 8.0 srl will fulfil the remainder of your Order. If you are not satisfied with the partial fulfilment of your Order, you can return your Order to us under the Returns Policy.
If your Order is affected by a genuine error (including in a description, an image or a Price), we reserve the right to cancel your Order and refund any money paid to us.
You acknowledge and agree that:
a. all pictures and images of SellOttO displayed are for illustrative purposes only;
b. any accessory featured with the SellOttO is for illustrative purposes only, and may be sold separately;
c. where we provide dimensions and measurements in the description of a SellOttO, the dimensions may vary slightly in real life, and it is your responsibility to ensure that the actual size of each SellOttO is suitable for your purpose prior to submitting your Order (including whether there is appropriate and safe access to your Delivery Address for delivery of the SellOttO).
Price and payment
When you place an Order, we will charge you and you agree to pay the Price and any applicable Delivery Fee.
All Prices are in Euro and, if tax applies, inclusive of tax for all recipients in European Union - EU countries. For non-European Union - non-EU countries, the recipients shall be responsible for any other taxes and charges levied by their own countries.
Idea 8.0 srl reserves the right to change or alter Prices without notice to you. If you have already submitted an Order at a particular Price, we will supply your SellOttO at that Price.
Payment methods are specified on the Website or explained by Idea 8.0 srl at the time you place your Order. The name on any credit card or Idea 8.0 srl Card used for payment must match the name on the Order.
Any payment for an Order must be cleared by Idea 8.0 srl before SellOttO are dispatched. If your payment cannot be processed, your Order will be rejected and you will be notified of this on the Website. If a credit card payment cannot be processed you should contact your card issuer to try to resolve the problem, or use an alternative payment method in order to continue with your Order.
In paying or attempting to pay for SellOttO, you agree that you have not engaged in any fraudulent conduct or contravened any Law.

The parcel will be shipped accompanied by a Receipt. The Invoice will be issued and attached to the parcel only if requested at the time of ordering, with VAT at 22% for Italian companies and VAT at 0% for non-Italian companies.

Once the communication of the shipment has been received, the customer must independently trace the package. In case of non -receipt of the tracking n °, within 5 days from the date of the order, request the tracking n° via email to "info@sellotto.it".

The delivery times promised on the 'Shipping' page, they may not be respected, especially during busy periods for Express Couriers (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.). In the event of non-delivery by the express courier, after 40 working days from the date of shipment the customer may request a full refund of the amount initially paid, or alternatively a new shipment.

Upon delivery of the package or at a later date, some countries outside the European Union may require the recipient customer to pay additional customs duties and/or taxes on the product received.

The operative instructions and warranty are available in the following languages: English, German, French, French, Spanish, and Italian.

Order cancellations and returns

Unless provided for under these Terms or as otherwise agreed by Idea 8.0 srl, no cancellations or changes to Orders will be accepted, and the SellOttO will be delivered to the Delivery Address in an Order. You should carefully check that your Order is accurate before you submit it. You will, however, be able to return SellOttO under the Returns Policy.
If we cannot contact you about your Order using the contact details you provided in the Order, after having made reasonable attempts to contact you, we will cancel your Order and refund any money paid.
Any visible defects on the product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 working days from receipt of goods, returning within 2 working days the goods purchased to the sellers. To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to send a request containing the declaration of wanting to withdraw from the contract, through e-mail with a return receipt addressed to info@sellotto.it.
Activated by e-mail the practice of withdrawal - before you can return the products purchased - you must wait for feedback from us that will be communicated by e-mail. At that point, the customer must return the goods, delivering it in person or shipping it at your own expense to the following address: IDEA 8.0 srl - Corso Racconigi, 207 - 10141 Turin - Italy.
For shipping it is advisable to use a courier or other suitable means to allow the traceability of the shipment; Idea 8.0 srl will not proceed with the reimbursement of the goods object of the withdrawal, if it does not receive the relative delivery. Within 14 working days of receipt of the goods, the customer will be credited the amount corresponding to the value of the goods resulting from the invoice or receipt, amount reduced of the expenses incurred by Idea 8.0 srl both for the initial shipment (7,90 € Italy, 9,90 € European Union, 19,90 € Rest of the World) and and for the return (e.g. customs charges).The right of withdrawal can be exercised only if the goods are perfectly intact in its entirety. Only slight wear and tear with the possibility of rework are accepted, the cost of which will be deducted from the refund (e.g. 9 € for rework of slight wear and tear on the rails). If we receive damaged or tampered with return items with no possibility of rework, no refund will be made.

Paypal customers can also take advantage of the Paypal Service “Refunds on return shipping” (see more details on "Paypal Terms and Conditions").
